    We accept refunds and exchanges.
    Return Window and Eligibility.
    Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
    a) your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
    b) It must also be in the original packaging. 
    c) you must inform us about your intent to return via email to service@cottonclick.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
    After informing us via email about your intent to return within 3 days of receiving the product, 
    please mail/courier your product to:

    Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
    These costs are non-refundable. 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you approved, then your refund will be processed,
    and you will receive an credit voucher (also called discount coupon) for 100% of the invoice amount. 
    No deductions will be made. Refund vouchers are mailed to the same email address that you used to place the order. 
    Refund vouchers are normally generated and emailed within 3 working days.
    In case that you want the amount to be transferred to your bank account, please request the same via email. 
    We would be happy to transfer the amount to your bank as well. No processing charges will apply. 
    Please note that the process to transfer to your bank account may take up to one to two weeks from the date 
    we receive your bank details. You may however, at any time, opt for an equivalent credit note to be emailed to you.
